NEW YORK CITY — Brandlin & Associates, an accounting firm in Los Angeles that serves the seniors housing industry, has hired Martin Cauz as a managing director.
Cauz has over 25 years of experience advising capital sources, management teams and legal counsel on financial due diligence, forensic investigations, litigation support, workouts and restructurings. Based in New York, Cauz will build the firm’s East Coast presence.
Cauz joins Brandlin after approximately 14 years with Marotta Gund Budd & Dzera, where he was a managing director. Plans for serving the seniors housing sector include an educational session for operators.
Cauz is a certified public accountant and a certified insolvency and restructuring advisor. He currently serves on the Board of the Association of Insolvency and Restructuring Advisors (AIRA).
