SAN FRANCISCO — Aging2.0, an international organization working to improve technology that supports seniors, has launched the Aging2.0 Alliance, a new membership community for senior care stakeholders and technology companies. The announcement was made at the 2015 National Investment Center (NIC) Capital and Business Strategies Forum in San Diego.
Starting with 72 ‘launch members,’ the new program is now open for additional members.
“This is a unique membership community for forward-looking senior care organizations looking to collaborate with each other and with top technology innovators.” says Scott Peifer, vice president of alliance development at Aging2.0. “A concerted focus on innovation is more important than ever as senior care providers strive to meet the evolving needs, expectations and aspirations of this large and growing population. The Alliance enables them to do that more quickly and efficiently as part of a community of like-minded peers and collaborators.”
Members will receive priority access to the pipeline of innovation from Aging2.0’s network of startups and corporate technology members, facilitated knowledge sharing opportunities, and assistance in finding the right partners. Members also receive access to webinars and other online resources as well as discounted registration and exhibit opportunities at Aging2.0 events.
