Allegro Senior Living Buys Eight-Acre Parcel in Florida for 175-Unit Community

PARKLAND, Fla. — Allegro Senior Living, a St. Louis-based developer, has acquired an eight-acre parcel in the Miami suburb of Parkland to develop a 175-unit seniors housing community.

Once completed, the property will total 186,000 square feet. The Parkland City Commission has approved the project, which will begin in fall 2017 and open in early 2019.

Meyer Design Inc. will provide architectural design work. The project will be Allegro’s 11th seniors housing community in Florida and Kentucky.

Jay Bailyn with PMA Sales Group Inc. brokered the transaction. The seller of the land was EP LOX LLC.
