HARRINGTON PARK, N.J. — Allegro Senior Living, a St. Louis-based owner-operator, has started construction of a seniors housing community in Harrington Park.
The 9.2-acre plot is located along the Aradell Reservoir, approximately 15 miles north of Manhattan. The building will total 225,765 square feet.
Upon completion in fall 2020, the community will offer 177 units of independent living, assisted living and memory care.
Meyer Design Inc., based out of Ardmore, Pennsylvania, and Directions in Design, based out of St. Louis, Missouri, were selected to provide architectural/engineering and interior design services. Wohslen Construction, based out of Lancaster, Pennsylvania was selected as the general contractor.
