WILLOUGHBY, Ohio — Artower Advisory Services, LLC has hired Steve Hays as the company’s director of business development. Hays was formerly Managing Partner of Ernst & Young’s national senior living consulting practice.
Hays spent than three decades delivering professional advisory services to clients in business strategy, process and performance improvement, real estate monetization and development and financial advisory. Hays has been directly involved in project transactions representing more than $2 billion.
