ASHBURN, Va. — Ashby Ponds, a continuing care retirement community (CCRC) operated by Erickson Living in Northern Virginia, has opened its new independent living building called Magnolia Place.
Magnolia Place is a four-floor, 161,000-square-foot building that includes 83 independent living apartment homes. The apartment homes feature 13 one- and two-bedroom floor plans.
The building was 90 percent pre-leased at the time of opening.
Ashby Ponds, one of 18 retirement communities managed by Erickson Living. It is situated on 132 acres in Ashburn, approximately 30 miles west of Washington, D.C.
