LINCOLN, Mass. — Benchmark Senior Living is set to start accepting new residents at Benchmark Senior Living at The Commons, a CCRC in the Boston suburb of Lincoln.
The Commons opened as an independent living community in 2013, and broke ground on this expansion in 2014. The new facility will now be a continuing care retirement community, offering skilled nursing, physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech therapy, inpatient and outpatient rehabilitation, assisted living and memory care.
A ribbon cutting will be held March 29, and the expansion will start accepting new residents on April 1, pending regulatory approvals.
