CHICAGO — Berkadia , a Chicago-based Freddie Mac, Fannie Mae and HUD lender, has expanded its investment sales platform into the Seniors Housing and Healthcare Group.
Jason Krug, a senior director based in the company’s Detroit office, will lead the team.
In this new role, Krug will leverage Berkadia’s investment sales platform to deliver wider access to capital sources and partnerships for clients.
