COLLINSVILLE, Ill. — Blueprint Healthcare Real Estate Advisors has brokered the sale of a 66-unit assisted living and memory care community in Collinsville, located just outside of St. Louis. The name of the facility was not disclosed.
The property was built in 2008 and was stabilized at the time of sale. The community sold for $11.6 million, or $175,757 per unit.
American Realty Capital Healthcare Trust III purchased the property from an established St. Louis-based seniors housing developer. The buyer retained Cedarhurst Living to continue to operate the community.
