ROME and COLUMBUS, Ga. — Blueprint Healthcare Real Estate Advisors has arranged the sale of two skilled nursing facilities in Georgia: Etowah Landing, a 100-bed facility in Rome, and River Towne Center, a 210-bed facility in Columbus.
A publicly traded REIT looking to remove non-core assets sold the facilities to Pyramid Healthcare Management, a regional operator looking to expand to the Southeast, for $12.7 million. Both properties are located in near the Alabama border in Northwest Georgia.
The purchase price was equal to approximately $41,000 per licensed bed. Trent Gherardini led the marketing efforts, while Mike Segal and Gideon Orion arranged the transaction on behalf of the seller.
