NEW BEDFORD, Mass. — Blueprint Healthcare Real Estate Advisors has brokered the sale of Kindred Hallmark, a 107-bed skilled nursing facility in the coastal Massachusetts town of New Bedford, for $3.2 million.
The seller was a publicly traded REIT seeking to divest several assets. The buyer was a regional owner/operator looking to expand its footprint in the Northeast.
