CHICAGO — Blueprint Healthcare Real Estate Advisors, a brokerage firm based in Chicago, has arranged the sale of three skilled nursing facilities in Kentucky. The purchase price and names of the facilities were not disclosed.
The portfolio totals 312 licensed beds. The seller was an ownership group looking to exit the Kentucky market. The buyer was an East Coast-based private owner-operator with an existing presence in the state.
