DAYTON, Ohio — Blueprint has arranged the sale of Forest View Center, an 87-bed skilled nursing facility in Dayton, for an undisclosed price.
Forest View is situated in an urban infill location adjacent to a local medical center. Although the asset maintained a five-star rating from CMS, due to restrictive admissions criteria and an underutilized vacant floor, census remained relatively low according to Blueprint.
As a result, the buyer was a newly formed opportunistic investor-operator seeking a value-add opportunity. The seller was not disclosed.
