Brandywine Plans Luxury Expansion at Community in New Jersey

MOORESTOWN, N.J. — Brandywine Living has announced plans to add a wing of its “Serenade” luxury offerings at Moorestown Estates, an existing community in Moorestown, just east of Philadelphia.

Brandywine has already added Serenade offerings at its communities in nearby Voorhees and Haddonfield, both of which already feature waiting lists.

The new wing will follow the conversion of Moorestown’s sub-acute skilled nursing unit, which is anticipated to begin later this year. Further details, such as size and number of units, were not disclosed.

New Jersey-based Brandywine Living is an owner-operator with 29 communities in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, New York, Virginia, Connecticut and Delaware, serving more than 3,000 residents.
