Bridge Investment Expands to China, Hires Aamir Rahim to Lead Expansion

HONG KONG — Private equity firm Bridge Investment Group Partners LLC has hired Aamir Rahim to provide investor relations and capital markets expertise as the firm expands to China.

Rahim previously held several senior posts at Citi in Asia-Pacific. He was the CEO of Citi Private Bank, and prior to that, he was co-head of fixed income currencies and commodities for Asia-Pacific and head of fixed income capital markets. Most recently, he led the Public Sector Group for Citi in Asia-Pacific.

Aamir worked previously at JP Morgan and Goldman Sachs in structured finance and derivatives. He has an master’s degree in economics from the University of Cambridge.

Bridge invests in value-add multifamily, commercial office, seniors housing and CRE-backed fixed income sectors.
