Brightview Starts Construction of Eight-Story, 112-Unit Community in Maryland

BETHESDA, Md. — Brightview Senior Living has started construction of Brightview Bethesda Woodmont, an eight-story, 112-unit assisted living and memory care community in the Washington, D.C. suburb of Bethesda.

The property will feature 91 assisted living units and 21 memory care units in the town’s Woodmont Square area. SunTrust Bank provided a $43.6 million loan for the development.

The property will mark Maryland-based Brightview’s 40th seniors housing community. Construction is scheduled for completion by summer 2019.
