FORT WORTH, Texas — Caddis, a Dallas-based developer, has opened Heartis Eagle Mountain, an 89-unit assisted living and memory care community on the north side of Fort Worth.
The 61,125-square-foot community includes 54 assisted living units totaling 61 beds and a 35-bed memory care unit.
An affiliate of Caddis owns the community, which Oregon-based Good Neighbor Care will operate.
The architect for the project was Austin-based Katus LLC.
