Capital Finance Funds Credit for Knoxville Skilled Nursing Facility

KNOXVILLE, Tenn. — Capital Finance, LLC is funding of a revolving line of credit to Knoxville Healthcare LLC. Capital Finance is the sole lender in the deal, which totals $2 million.

Knoxville Healthcare is a 222-bed skilled nursing facility in Knoxville, Tenn. Capital Finance’s Brad Wright originated the deal.
