Cardinal Bay Buys Eight-Property Portfolio in Texas, Oklahoma for $210M

NEW YORK CITY — Greystone Real Estate Advisors, a New York-based seniors housing brokerage, has arranged the $210 million sale of eight seniors housing communities in Texas and Oklahoma.

Texas-based Cardinal Bay acquired the portfolio. Greystone represented the sellers, Harrison Street Real Estate Capital and Bridgewood Property Co.

The current operator, Retirement Center Management, will continue to manage all the communities.

The eight properties purchased were:

  • Village on the Park, 188 units, independent living, assisted living and memory care, Oklahoma City
  • Carriage Inn, 90 units, independent living and assisted living, Bryan, Texas
  • Carriage Inn, 91 units, independent living, Conroe, Texas
  • Village on the Park, 158 units, independent living, Friendswood, Texas
  • Village on the Park, 183 units, independent living, assisted living and memory care, Houston
  • Carriage Inn, 81 units, independent living and assisted living, Huntsville, Texas
  • Carriage Inn, 146 units, independent living, assisted living and memory care, Katy, Texas
  • Carriage Inn, 102 units, independent living and assisted living, Lake Jackson, Texas
