SUMMERVILLE, S.C. — Mississippi-based developer Cardinal Ventures is set to break ground on The Blake at Carnes Crossroads, an assisted living and memory care community to be built in the Charleston suburb of Summerville.
CNN Money recently named Summerville one of the Top 25 Places to Retire. When completed, Blake Management Group will operate the 88,000-square-foot community.
Cardinal expects to open the community in early 2017. A welcome center will open at the site during the summer of 2016, at which future residents can reserve their units.
