Carter Validus Mission Critical REIT II Acquires Skilled Nursing Facility in Nebraska for $13M

OMAHA, Neb. — Carter Validus Mission Critical REIT II Inc. has acquired Old Mill Rehabilitation, a 44-unit skilled nursing facility in Omaha, for $13 million.

The 40,402-square-foot facility was built in 2014 and was fully occupied at the time of sale.

Chris Barnet with Colliers International’s Seniors Housing Group represented the unnamed seller in this transaction.

Carter Validus Mission Critical REIT II, Inc. is a public, non-traded company headquartered in Tampa, Fla., that focuses its acquisitions on the data center and healthcare sectors.
