MILFORD, Ohio — CBRE has arranged a refinancing for Pinebrook Retirement Living, a Class A, 124-unit independent living and assisted living community in the Cincinnati suburb of Milford. The size of the loan was not disclosed.
A joint venture between The Freshwater Group/WaterMark Retirement Communities and NorthStar Healthcare Income owns Pinebrook. Watermark also operates the community.
The 10-year, floating-rate Freddie Mac loan includes 60 months of interest-only payments. Aron Will of CBRE National Senior Housing arranged the loan.
