OKLAHOMA CITY — The Oklahoma City office of CBRE has arranged the sale of a six-building, 427-bed skilled nursing portfolio throughout the state of Oklahoma for an undisclosed price.

Oklahoma is a Certificate of Need state, which creates an additional barrier to entry for new skilled nursing developments. The portfolio was sold as a value-add opportunity for the buyer, which acquired the facilities below replacement cost.

Daniel Morris of CBRE closed the transaction. The buyer and seller were not disclosed.

The six facilities sold are:

  • Crescent Nursing Home, an 11,051-square-foot facility in Crescent
  • Hennessy Nursing Home, an 11,312-square-foot facility in Hennessey
  • Lindsay Manor Nursing Home, a 23,154-square-foot facility in Lindsay
  • Marlow Manor Nursing Home, a 15,810-square-foot facility in Marlow
  • McAlester Manor Nursing Home, a 14,806-square-foot facility in McAlester
  • Silvercrest Manor Nursing Home, a 20,121-square-foot facility in Anadarko
