SUNNYVALE, Texas — Civitas Senior Living has broken ground on Long Creek Assisted Living and Memory Care, a 75-unit community in the Dallas suburb of Sunnyvale.
The community will include 50 assisted living suites and 25 memory care apartments. It will be Civitas’ 27th community, all located in Texas. Civitas is based in Fort Worth.
Pi Architects provided architectural services. Trepex Construction Inc. will build the community, which Civitas will own and operate.
