FORT WORTH, Texas — Civitas Senior Living, a seniors housing operator based in Fort Worth, has launched Civitas Post-Acute to manage skilled nursing centers and rehabilitation centers.
Civitas Post-Acute will begin operations of its first two properties — Pine Hill Terrace and Magnolia Manor — during the fourth quarter of 2015 through acquisition.
The two properties are located in the East Texas community of Jefferson. Civitas has planned major renovations to the facilities.
