AUSTIN, Texas — Fort Worth-based Civitas Senior Living has opened Double Creek Assisted Living and Memory Care and Tech Ridge Oaks Assisted Living and Memory Care in North Austin.
These two communities are the result of a partnership between Civitas Senior Living and Senior by Design. Civitas acquired the properties in July.
“The North Austin area is an exciting place for growth. We have had our eye on this market for the past few years,” says Wayne Powell, founder and CEO of Civitas. “It fits our growth portfolio perfectly, balancing with our South Austin market.”
Both Double Creek and Tech Ridge Oaks feature a two-story design, with 92 and 86 units respectively.
