NEW BRAUNFELS, Texas — Civitas Senior Living has been awarded the management contract for Élan Westpointe, a 113-unit independent living, assisted living and memory care senior community in the San Antonio suburb of New Braunfels.
Titan Senior Living developed the property. Civitas replaces an undisclosed existing operator.
The addition of Élan Westpointe grows Civitas’ operational portfolio to 25 communities. The Fort Worth-based company specializes in development, acquisitions, operational management and consulting for senior housing properties throughout the country.
