TAMPA, Fla. — Colliers International’s National Seniors Housing Group has arranged the sale of Hanna Oaks, a 135-bed skilled nursing facility in Tampa, for $4.3 million.
The 41,148-square-foot community is located on 2.7 acres of property. L & C Hanna Inc. sold the property to 8207 Forest City LLC.
The Colliers team of Ken Carriero and Damien Carriero brokered the transaction.
