LARGO, Fla. — Colliers International’s National Seniors Housing Group has brokered the sale of Heron House, a 128-unit assisted living and memory care community in the coastal Tampa suburb of Largo, for an undisclosed sum.
Indian Rocks Assisted Living Inc. sold the property to 2050 East Bay Drive LLC, whose parent company owns seniors housing communities throughout the U.S.
Heron House, built in 2006, is a 69,659-square-foot community. The facility was 85 percent occupied at closing and sold for a 7.4 percent capitalization rate
Ken Carriero and Damien Carriero led the Colliers team.
