WINTER GARDEN, Fla. — Sonata Senior Living, an Orlando-based owner/operator, has planned a 113-unit, $30 million community adjacent to its existing Serenades by Sonata memory care community in the Orlando suburb of Winter garden.
Sonata West will include 78 units of independent living and 35 units of assisted living. The 139,000-square-foot project will include two courtyards, a central garden and an office building.
The developers hired Dallas-based three: living architecture to design the project.
