AVON, Conn. — Congress Building Corp., a construction firm based in Peabody, Mass., has completed construction of The Residence at Brookside, a three-story assisted living, independent living and memory care community located at 117 Simsbury Road in Avon.
Owned and operated by LCB Senior Living LLC of Norwood, Mass., Brookside was designed in a traditional New England style by The Architectural Team of Chelsea, Mass. The 64,300-square-foot community features 74 units.
