AUGUSTA, Ga. — CR Properties LLC has released plans to build a 104-unit seniors housing community in Augusta, in eastern Georgia along the South Carolina border. Development costs were estimated at $18 million.
The community, to be named The Claiborne at Augusta, will feature 70 assisted living units and a 34-suite memory care facility.
When complete, Blake Management Group will operate the community, as it does all Claiborne-branded properties. This will be the first Georgia community for both CR and Blake.
CR Properties is a Mississippi-based developer.
