KLAMATH FALLS, Ore. — Cushman & Wakefield has brokered the sale of Quail Park of Klamath Falls, a 115-unit independent living, assisted living and memory care community in Oregon.

Morningside Development and Living Care Lifestyles sold the property to MBK Senior Living for an undisclosed price. In addition to owning the property, MBK will take over operations.

Quail Park of Klamath Falls is situated on a 15-acre campus located near the California border, approximately midway between Portland and Sacramento. The property features a three-story, 67-unit independent living and assisted living building built in 1996. A $1 million renovation project in 2014 updated the building.

In 2015, a single-story, 28-unit memory care building named Quail Park at Crystal Terrace was added, along with 10 freestanding independent living cottages totaling 20 units.

The Cushman & Wakefield team involved in the transaction included Richard Swartz, Jay Wagner, Aaron Rosenzweig and Caryn Donahue.
