Cushman & Wakefield’s Senior Housing Capital Markets Group Hires New Associate

BOSTON — Cushman & Wakefield today announced the hiring of Caryn Miller to the position of associate with the real estate firm’s Senior Housing Capital Markets team located in Boston.

Her primary responsibilities will include analytical and transaction support for the team’s national senior housing practice.

Past experience includes the role of analyst for JP Morgan Asset Management: Private Bank, analyzing investment portfolios and calculating performance as a member of the team that managed $65 billion in assets for financial sponsors. Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield, Caryn worked as a senior analyst with the analytics team of Hill Holiday, analyzing digital media campaigns to optimize and improve ad effectiveness.
