DeAngelis Diamond Breaks Ground on $27M Community in Georgia

POOLER, Ga. — DeAngelis Diamond has broken ground on Shepherd Living at Savannah Quarters, a 124-bed seniors housing community in the Savannah suburb of Pooler.

Development costs are estimated at $27 million for the 86,000-square-foot project. The property will include two single-story buildings located on 10 acres.

The project is scheduled for completion in the spring of 2018.

Shepherd Living at Savannah Quarters will be DeAngelis Diamond’s 30th senior living/multifamily project. The general contractor has offices in Florida, Alabama and Tennessee.
