Dominion Continues Expansion in Kentucky with Planned 61-Unit, $10.3M Community

FLORENCE, Ky. — Dominion Senior Living, a faith-based operator headquartered in Knoxville, Tenn., has unveiled plans for Dominion Senior Living of Florence, a 61-unit assisted living and memory care community in the Northern Kentucky city of Florence.

Development costs for the 46,300-square-foot community are estimated at $10.3 million. When completed, the two-story community will feature 46 assisted living units and 15 memory care units.

Dominion expects to deliver the property in fall of 2018. It will be the developer’s third community in Kentucky, with all its other properties being located in Tennessee and South Carolina.
