CROSSVILLE and BRISTOL, Tenn. — Dominion Senior Living has planned two new assisted living and memory care communities in Tennessee, with development of each costing $5.25 million.
The facilities will be Dominion Senior Living of Crossville, located between Knoxville and Nashville, and Dominion Senior Living of Bristol, located in the northeast corner of the state near Johnson City. Each one-story community will be 25,000 square feet and house 60 residents.
Dominion estimates both facilities will open during the first quarter of 2016.
