Dominion Plans $10M, 66-Unit Community in South Carolina

CLEMSON, S.C. — Dominion Senior Living has announced plans for its second seniors housing community in South Carolina, a 66-unit assisted living and memory care property in Clemson.

Development costs for the two-story, 50,000-square-foot community are estimated at $10 million. The asset will offer 49 assisted living units and 17 memory care apartments.

Dominion plans to open the community by fall 2018. Lindsey Daugherty will be the executive director.
