ANDERSON, S.C. — Dominion Senior Living has broken ground on Dominion Senior Living of Anderson, a 44,000-square-foot assisted living and memory care community in Anderson, located southwest of Greenville near the Georgia border.
Development costs are estimated at $9.5 million. The two-story community will offer 45 assisted living units and 15 memory care units.
The community is slated to open in summer 2018.
