RICHMOND, Ky. — Dominion Senior Living has started development on Dominion Senior Living of Kentucky, a 60-unit assisted living and memory care community in Richmond, approximately 25 miles south of Lexington.

The new development marks the Tennessee-based developer and operator’s first venture out of its home state. Development costs are estimated to be $8 million.

The 50,000-square-foot, faith-based community will house up to 84 residents in a two story building. Dominion expects to open the community in early 2017.
