Ensign Group Acquires Three Idaho Communities in Deal Brokered by Senior Living Investment Brokerage

BOISE & TWIN FALLS, Idaho — Senior Living Investment Brokerage Inc. has arranged the acquisition of Heritage Assisted Living in Boise, and Heritage Assisted Living and Woodstone Assisted Living in Twin Falls.

The Ensign Group, a publicly traded company with approximately 120 seniors housing facilities based in California, purchased the properties for $11.28 million from a local, private owner who is retiring and exiting the business.

The three communities comprise 267 units totaling 136,931 square feet of space.

Ryan Saul and Jason Punzel of Senior Living Investment Brokerage handled the transaction.
