Epoch, National Development to Convert Industrial Building into Memory Care Facility

NASHUA, N.H. — Cushman & Wakefield of New Hampshire has arranged the sale of 575 Amherst St. in Nashua for $2 million.

Seniors housing developers Epoch Senior Living and National Development purchased the 51,885-square-foot former NimCor manufacturing facility, and will redevelop the site as Bridges by EPOCH at Nashua, a 54-bed memory care community.

Epoch expects the community, located on an 8.5-acre plot, will open in the fall of 2016.

Leading the Cushman & Wakefield team were Thomas Farrelly, executive director; Denis Dancoes II, senior director; and Sue Ann Johnson, associate director.
