WARMINSTER, Pa. — Erickson Living has broken ground on a $19 million expansion at Ann’s Choice, a continuing care retirement community in the Philadelphia suburb of Warminster.

The two-story, 50,000-square-foot building, called Chestnut Pointe, will add 61 assisted living units to the community. The new building will connect to the existing three-story continuing care building. The project is expected to take 14 months, with reservations starting in early 2018.

Construction of Chestnut Pointe is part of Erickson’s multi-year plan to expand and renovate Ann’s Choice. These will include renovating existing residences and adding 44 memory care suites.

The project’s designer is architectural firm SFCS.
