TINTON FALLS, N.J. — Erickson Living has named Paula Digerness as the new executive director of Seabrook, a continuing care retirement community 30 miles south of Staten Island in Tinton Falls.

Prior to this position, she served as executive director and administrator of a continuing care retirement community in Bradbury, Calif.

In her new role, Digerness will oversee daily operations at the 98-acre community whose 1,400 residents are served by more than 830 employees.

Digerness received a master’s degree in long-term care administration from the University of Southern California and a bachelor’s degree from San Diego State University.
