EAST STROUDSBURG, Pa. — Evans Senior Investments, a Chicago-based investment banking firm, has brokered the sale of Pocono Tranquil Gardens in East Stroudsburg for $7.8 million.
The community, previously owned by doctors, features 69 units, including 40 for memory care. When most recently purchased in 2012 the facility was down to 12 residents, but as of March 2015 had reached 95 percent.
The buyer was a regional operator.
