LADY LAKE, Fla. — Forum Architecture & Interior Design has completed design work for Village Veranda at Lady Lake, an assisted living community in Lady Lake, approximately 50 miles northwest of Orlando.

The Gordon Companies, an Orlando-based developer, is planning the property. The development team includes Forum for architectural and interior design, Core Construction as design-build manager, Structural Concepts & Design as structural engineer, MiGre Engineers as MEP engineer, Wicks Engineering as civil engineer and LPG Urban and Regional Land Planners as landscape architect.

SRI Management will operate the community once complete. It will feature 100 assisted living units and 25 memory care units in a 117,500-square-foot building.

The development team expects to begin construction this summer, following permit approvals.
