Gardner Capital to Redevelop 84-Unit Affordable Community in Florida

SARASOTA, Fla. — Gardner Capital has received a reservation of housing tax credits from the Florida Housing Finance Corp. to fund the redevelopment of Amaryllis Park Place. The property is an 84-unit affordable seniors housing community in the Newtown area of Sarasota.

Gardner Capital will partner with Sarasota Housing Authority (SHA) and Duvernay & Brooks LLC to fund and develop Amaryllis Park Place. The project is part of SHA’s Newtown Redevelopment Plan, intended to revitalize housing in the Rosemary District and Amaryllis Park neighborhoods of Newtown.

Gardner Capital is an affordable housing and solar tax credit development, syndication and investment company with offices in St. Louis, Dallas, San Francisco, Atlanta and Springfield, Mo.
