Generational Equity Arranges Sale of 80-Bed Assisted Living Community in Arkansas

MAUMELLE, Ark. — Generational Equity, an investment bank based in Dallas, has arranged the sale of Stonehaven Assisted Living, an 80-bed assisted living community in the Little Rock suburb of Maumelle.

CHG Living, a division of Cornerstone Health Group, bought the community for an undisclosed price.

Cornerstone, based in Dallas, operates a portfolio of seniors housing and post-acute facilities. The company is owned by funds managed by Highland Capital Management LP, an alternative asset manager with approximately $16 billion of assets under management.

Generational Equity’s Michael Goss and Julie Sandoval, along with affiliate partner Bill Evans, led the transaction.
