Greystone Arranges Sales of Three Communities Totaling 180 Units

TULSA, Okla., SPRING, Texas, and VERNON HILLS, Ill. — Greystone Real Estate Advisors has arranged the sales of three senior living communities in Oklahoma, Texas and Illinois.

In the first transaction, a joint venture between a public REIT and a national operator purchased Storey Oaks of Tulsa from a private equity firm. The 38-unit memory care community is located in Tulsa.

In the second transaction, a joint venture between an institutional private equity group and a privately-owned developer/operator acquired Wood Glen Court from a Texas-based developer. The 72-unit assisted living community in located in the Houston suburb of Spring.

In the third transaction, a national owner-operator purchased The Springs of Vernon Hills from its development partner on the property. The 70-unit memory care community is located in Vernon Hills, approximately midway between Chicago and Milwaukee.

Cody Tremper and Mike Garbers of Greystone advised the seller in each separate transaction.
