CROFTON, Md. — HHHunt has broken ground on Spring Arbor of Crofton, an assisted living and memory care community in Crofton, located between Baltimore and Washington, D.C.

The 87,919-square-foot community will be located on 10 acres adjacent to Walden Country Club. Development costs are estimated at $29.4 million. Although the developer did not specify the number of units, the property will be able to serve up to 95 residents.

This will be HHHunt’s second seniors housing community in Maryland and 22nd community overall. The company is exclusive to the Southeast, with other communities in North Carolina and Virginia. The company also develops standard multifamily properties.

Wagman Construction is the general contractor for the project. The community is slated to open in July 2018.
